VIADMIN makes use of virtual classroom to deliver the most innovative and interesting web based workshops, providing highly participatory content with the use of virtual classrooms, including online webinars and seminars.

VIADMIN has a huge list of clients spread across a wide range of industries, such as the energy, financial services, health care, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals industries. While the company spans a range of industries, all clients are united by one common issue – they need to have their employees performing at the highest level in order to ensure that the company enjoys the best operational efficiency and that it can deliver on strategic objectives. In order to allow the companies and their employees to do this, VIADMIN uses industry best practices and high quality software to deliver sophisticated learning materials.

Organizations, presenters and trainers can all benefit from the move from face-to-face content delivery to the virtual classroom learning environment. Through focused training these people can learn how to present compelling and valuable vmware learning and practice opportunities. VIADMIN offers advice on preparing instructional materials and designing engaging training materials for vmware virtual classrooms.

Because VIADMIN has experience in dealing with so many disparate industries, it also has experience with a range of webinar platforms, however, it is confident that our virtual classroom is truly the best in class. VMware virtual classroom allows you to deliver high end materials for almost any purpose, whether that is training employees or engaging with a potential customer for the very first time. Presenting workshops, webinars and learning materials has never been easier, and anyone can deliver a high impact learning experience.

virtualized classroom is becoming an increasingly important option for lead generation as well as for vmware learning. The registration system provided for all participants in the classroom makes it possible for businesses to make the most of their attendance to online webinars and value-added seminars, achieving higher learning levels and staying in touch with our instructors. Over the period that VIADMIN has been using online classroom, it has grown its own regular webinar series to attract over 10 registrants, on average, per session. VMware virtual classroom’s flexible and powerful engagement and delivery platform is a huge contributer towards the popularity of our events.

Demand for online training, virtual learning and webinars is growing across almost every industry, and this is why VIADMIN is shifting its own business model. As it tries to engage new customers through virtual classroom, VIADMIN has found a reduced need to travel to visit clients to run consultations. Today, almost every technical course can be delivered online, no matter how complex it is. This means that IT professionals get better service, costs are kept to a minimum, and business owners get to deliver the service that they feel their employees deserve while still reducing their carbon footprint and saving valuable time.

VIADMIN uses virtual classroom not just to help its clients develop their own virtual classroom experiences, but also to engage with prospective clients of its own as a part of the demo process and for after the class support.

One of the most important best practices of virtual learning is that lecturers must keep their students engaged. It is recommended that trainers ask questions and prompt learners to engage with them once every 90 seconds. Polls, votes and quizzes are a good way of doing this. virtual classroom makes it easy for lecturers to engage with learners, spawning chat windows and polls that can be presented to users at regular intervals, ensuring that the user’s attention is focused on the right issues at all times.

One common mistake that training providers make is to bombard people with too much information without thought for the understanding or interest of the people receiving the training.
virtual classroom helps to prevent training providers from making this mistake, because it is almost participatory by design. Presenters can easily offer rich and interactive training, and can make use of group chat rooms, or breakout rooms, to allow students to discuss issues with each other. Interesting comments from these rooms can be fed back to the main training session to guide the discussion among the broader student pool.

Video and other multimedia content is an important part of the training process, and something that is especially powerful at driving engagement.

Video content is far more effective for delivering information than text, or even images, and this means that it is a great tool for training. virtual classroom allows the use of webcams and microphones for interactive training, and also offers low bandwidth options for people who have slow internet connections or simply prefer the more text-centric approach.

For long term training delivery, persistent meeting rooms are a great option. These meeting rooms are ideal for allowing people to drop in and out of the room on demand. Meetings can be recorded, so if someone cannot make a scheduled session – perhaps because of other obligations or time zone issues, then they can simply log on when they have some free time, download the session and replay it at their leisure. Persistent rooms can be used on an ad-hoc basis, or for intensive, longer training sessions.

VIADMIN uses a voting system in order to ask webinar attendees what they thought of the training materials and their delivery. On average, VIADMIN’s bi-monthly webinars get a rating of 4.7 out of 5. This high rating is down, in part, to the flexibility, scalability and performance of virtual classroom; as well, of course, as the quality of the training materials that we deliver.

virtual classroom is the best in class when it comes to training delivery platforms, and it is something that companies of any size can benefit from.
